We all desire someone to understand us and connect with how we feel. I spent much of my life searching for that person, until one day I realized I was looking at her in the mirror. As I began to accept all of my feelings, I found greater clarity about what my own heart wanted. My search led me back to myself, and I started to find peace.
Through coaching, art, and meaningful conversation, I help people gain clarity, reconnect with themselves, and move toward greater peace. Sometimes the answers are right in front of us and all we need is someone to gently point us in that direction. My approach is rooted in empathy, and together we will explore the path that feels most authentic to you.
